Pronto Donation WordPress plugin is a tool to generate webpages that will collect donations and donor information and process the payment and push the information into SalesForce.
You can specify a Campaign in the Plugin for the funds to be attributed to a particular campaign and/or GAU, or simply to keep track of how successful a campaign is.
1. In Wordpress, click on the Pronto Donation tab, and then click on Donation Form
2. Click the Add New Form button
3. Enter a name for the form in the Form Name field
In the General section of the form, you can specify the following;
|Hide Custom Amount on Form||This gives you the option to remove the box where the donor can enter their own amount to donate.|
|Amount Levels||these are dollar handle amounts or 'prepopulated' amount buttons to be shown on the form. You can add or remove your own amounts. (Screenshot 1 below)|
|Donation Type||Select to show either or both One-off or monthly (recurring) donations|
|Show Tribute Field||checking this box displays a field where the donor can enter a name of the Tributee for a donation|
|Donation Form Filter||used to filter which donation forms to be displayed on a donation forms listings webpage (you can ignore this)|
|Salesforce Campaign||You can select the Salesforce campaign (must be created in SF already) here. Click the circle icon to refresh the list.|
|Salesforce GAU||you can select a separate GAU to attribute the donations to. NB if your campaign in SF already specifies a GAU, you can skip this step.|

In the User Information section, you can choose to make fields Shown, Required (mandatory) or Hidden
The Comment box is an optional element which shows as a free-text box on the website (screenshot below)

In the Payment Gateways section, you can select which gateway(s) will be used to process the payments.
Once a donation has been processed, you can either display a Thank You page, or enter a URL to redirect to another premade Thank You page.
You can also setup an automated thank you email to the Donor.
Newsletter Configuration Section
There is the option to get Salesforce to create all donors as Leads in Salesforce.
Also you can optionally show a tickbox for donors to join a Newsletter group. The Caption field is text to display beside the newsletter sign up tickbox
Donation Form Section
Form Style - the style and layout of the donation form. Available styles are drawn from the WP current active themes folder.
Form Class - allows further customisation of styling of form
Button Class - allows for further customisation of styling of button
Input Field Class - allows for further customisation of styling of inputs
Edit Button Caption - Specify the text contained within the Donation Button
Ticking the Enable Notification checkbox will send an auto email upon the processing of a donation to a specified recipient. You can choose to send these notifications for Failed syncs only, or all transactions.
Save the Form
You can then copy the Shortcode from the Donation Form list page and paste it into a new WordPress page.
