In order to manage resources in Krow, all scheduling and days off need to be recorded in Krow.
You will need to set up the Work Schedule, Holiday Schedule and Time Off prior to using Resource Planning.
Work Schedule - regular working hours for employees. Needs to be filled in per employee. Also select a Holiday Schedule.
Holiday Schedule - predetermined days off i.e public holidays. Needs to be filled in per year and selected on the Employee's Work Schedule.
Time Off - requested days off. Has Approval status and blocks out the Project Resource (employee) from being assigned to projects during that period.
