According to the Department of Social Service (DSS) it is necessary to record the Client Satisfaction after closing a Client Case. We have built in a trigger that when the Close button is clicked it takes you straight to the New Client Assessment page to improve the workflow of the user and ensures the Client Satisfaction is filled in for mandatory DSS Reporting.
The steps below will demonstrate how this process works.
Note: This currently works in Salesforce Lightning only.
1. Locate and click on Client Case.
2. Select All from the dropdown View menu to see a list of Client Cases. Click on the desired Client Case.
3. At the top right corner of the Client Case you will see the Close Case button. Click Close Case.
4. This will take you to New Client Assessment page where you can record the Client Satisfaction (it is required by the DSS that the Client Satisfaction is recorded on the completion of each case). When you are finished updating the record click Save.
