1. In Outlook, click 'File' > 'Account Settings' > 'Account Settings…'
2. Select your email account, and then click 'Change…'
3. Click 'More Settings...'
4. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
5. Click 'Add…' and search for the email account.
6. When it finds the email address, click 'OK' for each of the windows to confirm. There may be a brief delay where Outlook is processing the account.
7. Restart Outlook to confirm changes.
