1. Click 'Calendar'.
2. In the 'Home' tab in the ribbon, click 'Open Calendar' and select 'From Address Book…'
3. An example search for "Boardroom" is given below.
4. The "Boardroom" account will be found. Click on 'Calendar ->' to insert it into the adjacent field.
5. Click 'OK' to add the calendar. Please allow a short period for the existing calendar items to synchronise.
