We are happy to bring you a new helpdesk system by which you can lodge support requests.Our intention here is to enable you to have a simple process of lodgement, allow improved visibility regarding the status of your request and facilitate a timely resolution. You can lodge support requests via these two options:
- Email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Online, at http://support.alphasys.com.au
Please note that when you email email@example.com a ticket is automatically generated under your account. You can then view your support request and its status by going to http://support.alphasys.com.au. If it is your first time visiting the helpdesk site, you can access your account in these 5 steps:
1. Go to http://support.alphasys.com.au
2. At the top right hand corner of the window, click on the "Sign in"
3. Click on "Forgot my password".
4. Enter your email address and click on Submit.
