Q. When are the RFM scores updated?
A. Frequency and Monetary values are updated on update of Opportunity, however Recency is updated by overnight Batch. You can Manually trigger the batch by clicking on the Run Batch Recency Update button on the Contact/Account list view (in Classic view only)
Q. How is the Donation Importer different from the native Salesforce NPSP Data Importing function?

Whilst both the Donation Importer and NPSP Data Import allow flat files to be imported into Salesforce and creates Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities, however NPSP Data Import involves a 'staging' object that you need to configure and add any custom fields to, which then spawns the other records when you trigger the batch job. AlphaSys' Donation Importer allows you to easily upload a file and immediately create the records in Salesforce.
Q. What time zone shows as the last sync date/time?
A. This is dependant on the timezone of your Salesforce org.
Q: As a User Profile why can't I modify ProntoPlus Audit Lock Settings?
A: Access to modify settings is dependent on the User Role and not the User Profile. Check the User role to make sure they have a System Admin Role in order to modify these settings.
