Q. When are the RFM scores updated?
A. Frequency and Monetary values are updated on update of Opportunity, however Recency is updated by overnight Batch. You can Manually trigger the batch by clicking on the Run Batch Recency Update button on the Contact/Account list view (in Classic view only)
Q. How is the Donation Importer different from the native Salesforce NPSP Data Importing function?
A.You can read about the NPSP Data Importer here.
Whilst both the Donation Importer and NPSP Data Import allow flat files to be imported into Salesforce and creates Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities, however NPSP Data Import involves a 'staging' object that you need to configure and add any custom fields to, which then spawns the other records when you trigger the batch job. AlphaSys' Donation Importer allows you to easily upload a file and immediately create the records in Salesforce.

Q. What time zone shows as the last sync date/time?
A. This is dependant on the timezone of your Salesforce org.
Q: As a User Profile why can't I modify ProntoPlus Audit Lock Settings?
A: Access to modify settings is dependent on the User Role and not the User Profile. Check the User role to make sure they have a System Admin Role in order to modify these settings.
RECEIPTING AND ANNUAL TAX STATEMENTS (ATS)
Receipting and ATS functionality was introduced to ProntoPlus from version 1.28.
Q. What is the difference between Annual Tax Statement and Consolidated Statement?
A. We use the two terms interchangeably. In the settings, we use ATS, however on the buttons and tabs, we use Consolidated Statements.
Q. After downloading a Consolidated Statement, will the status be updated to 'Receipted'?
Q. Does generating a Consolidated Statement for a Household include Individual donations?
A. When generating an ATS from the Accounts tab, if a Household is selected, only the donations belonging to that household with Donation Type (PPlus) Household will be included.
Q. When clicking Generate All Consolidated Statements, is that All of the contacts in that list view, or ALL contacts?
A. All Contacts
Q. How do I manage bounced ATS emails?
A. At this point in time ProntoPlus does not have any notification when an ATS is not emailed out. You can utilise Salesforce bounced emails to track this instead. See: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=emailadmin_bounce_enable.htm&type=0
Q. Does the Receipt Action (PPlus) field get blanked out after generating mail receipts?
A. It does not get blanked out, however after generation of the receipts, the Last Receipt date is populated, so you can track which have been generated already.
Q. Is there a limit of how many receipts or ATS can be emailed at a time?
A. There is no limit for receipts, however ATS is limited to 200 at a time.
Q. I used the 'Generate All Consolidated Statements' button and got a Maximum view state size limit exceeded error. What does this mean?
A. The images on your ATS template are too large to be able to generated at this volume. You will either need to use smaller sized images, or manually generate smaller batches of Consolidated Statements.
Q. When using Quick Donate, what flags are needed to set 'Generate Mail Receipt' on a donation?
A. You need to set both Receipt Status: Send Receipt and Receipt Method: Mail, or Receipt Action: Generate Mail receipt
