Each organisation has custom fields and needs when it comes to recording data on their opportunities. When creating a Payment Batch, whether it is an ABA file for downloading, or a Reconciliation batch, there will be requirements to be able to filter the list of opportunities based on custom fields on the opportunity.
NB. Custom filtering is only available on the Not For Profit version of ProntoPayments.
The below steps will guide you in enabling custom filters on the PP Payment Batch tool.
NB. at this point in time, you can only filter my checkbox and picklist fields.
1. Navigate to the ProntoPayments Settings Tab>Payment Batch Setup
2. Under the Custom Payment Batch Filter section, choose the Field that you wish to add as a filter
3. Press the Add Filter button, then click OK on the pop up window. It's that easy to set up a custom filter!
If you navigate to the PP Payment Batch now, you will notice on the page where you add transactions to the Batch, there is an Advanced link, which will open a pop up window listing all the custom filters you have set up.
