You may wish to add a look up field on Bulk Donation Entry to another object, to give you the ability to select a related record from a list. One such example is the General Accounting Unit for a Donation. You will need to create a field on the Bulk Donation Entry first.
You need to set up the Lookup field in ProntoGiving Settings> Batch Input Settings> Search Column.
Set the fields, objects, values and display columns required. The explanation and GAU example are below.

When you have selected the 4 relevant values, press the Create Bulk Donation Lookup button. This will save the values to the table below, and you will see the magnifying glass available next to the field when you launch the Bulk Donation Entry tool.
Once clicked, the pop up window will show the fields selected in "Search Lookup Columns" in the settings.
