Applicable to ProntoPayments version 1.306.0 and above
To receive Email notifications whenever a batch process is completed, you need to enable Email Notification Setup in ProntoPayment Settings.
1. Go to App Launcher and click ProntoPayment Settings.
2. Once on the Settings page, click on Email Notification Setup. Make sure that Gateway Batch Processing Payments and Opportunity Authorization Batch are enabled.
3. Under Active Email List, enter the Email address you want to receive Email notifications on. Click on Add Email.
4. You will get a pop-up box for confirmation. Click OK.
5. You will then see the Email address under Active Email List. This will allow you to receive notifications from ProntoPayments batch processes.
