If you have Donations that were supposed to be process via overnight ProntoPayment Batch that are stuck with PP Log message: Opportunity was already authorized, you should double check in the gateway whether any payment was actually processed.
You can use the Opportunity ID found in the URL to search as the payment reference.
Once confirmed that the payment has not yet been processed by the Gateway, you can manually trigger the payment.
First you need to unlock the PP Log and Unauthorise the PP Logs. These tickboxes will be ticked on 2 separate PP Logs, so you will need to click into them until you locate the ones with the boxes ticked, and untick them.
Once these are unticked, you can return to the Opportunity and press the Process Payment button to process immediately, or you can wait for the overnight Batch to auto process.
