The Close Case button(lightning only) on the Client Case has been updated to improve User Experience. According to the Department of Social Service(DSS) it is necessary to record the Client Satisfaction after closing a Client Case. We have built in a trigger that when the Close button is clicked it takes you straight to the New Client Assessment page to improve the workflow of the user and ensures the Client Satisfaction is filled in for mandatory DSS Reporting.
