Applicable to version 1.10 and above
After you have imported your revenue lines, you should monitor whether any of them failed to process. To do this, you can create a list view on the Financial Account Import Item object tab.
Click the cog icon and go to List View Controls>New
Name the new List View as ‘Failed’ and give access to all users
After Saving, click on the Filter icon and set the filters to
Filter by Owner: All financial account import items
Processing Status: Failed and Created with Exception
You can then also edit which fields are displayed, but clicking on the cog icon again, and going to Select Fields to Display
Select fields from the left Available fields area and click the arrow pointing to the right, to move them to the Visible Fields area and Save
Once you have the list, you can click into each, and review the Failed Reasons, and correct the data. Once you are satisfied with it, you can update the status back to Awaiting Processing, and retry the process.
