In this unit we’ll be learning how to manage Salesforce contacts directly from inside Outlook. In this example, let’s say Senica’s role has changed to Senior Team Leader, so we need to update her record.
To do that open her contact record on your Salesforce panel located on the right-hand corner of your Outlook.
And after opening her contact record select the Details tab.
From there select the little tiny pencil icon next to Title.
After selecting the pencil icon, update her Title to Senior Team Leader and select Save.
