Email templates can be very useful to save time and maintain consistent messaging across your organisation. When you’re ready to send an email, you can access the templates while composing email messages in your email application. You can also create your own Email Template from Outlook and save it in Salesforce.
After clicking Email Templates, a number of different fields will show.
Created email can be Saved as a New Email Template.
We can add or search contact.
The email can be related to Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities etc.
By clicking the dropdown icon, we can choose from our saved templates to populate our email.
