Training and Support
It’s not enough just to give your team a great fundraising platform. They need to know how to make the most of it and they need to be able to get access to support if they ever need help.
The Fundraising Accelerator includes access to extensive training materials written just for AlphaSys customers. There are over twenty standardized training modules, and each includes exercises to make sure your staff have grasped the content. The training documents can be customized for your organisation and can form the basis for Business Procedure documentation if you require it. Attendees even get certificates at the end confirming their successful completion of the relevant modules.
