- Identify the prospect, recording their details in Salesforce appropriately.
- Establishing an appropriate opportunity and maintaining the opportunity status and other details over time.
- Establishing and maintaining an appropriate engagement and movements strategy.
- Completing the opportunity and gift giving process.
While many of the particulars will vary, the structures and processes are actually very similar. This training module will step you through each of these stages for each type of supporter.
